LEGACY DAY WITH DAD – DAY WITH MOM - A MINISTRY WITH FAMILIES “BEHIND THE WIRE”; INSIDE THE PRISON WALLS
The purpose of this work is to share the legacy of Jesus Christ (His love, hope and comfort) with inmates, their elementary aged children, and their caregivers (spouses, grandparents, guardians). This is a one day weekend event done inside the prison. It is designed to bring families together before release in an encounter that utilizes a series of activity-based exercises specific to the needs of the children of the family.
